The firm, with offices in Paris and London is owned by several partners, two of whom have an operational function in its activities. Two Consultants have an international profile, and deal in particular with recruitment for clients from abroad, international profiles, or posts in other countries.Renaud Prodel, Managing Partner
Chairman of the Firm Hoffmann & Baretti
Renaud Prodel, aged 42, an MA graduate in Economics from Université Paris X, began his career with an International Audit firm, where he gained 8 years experience in the Finance sector, with Coopers & Lybrand and BDO. In 1999, he joined the Finance Division of international recruitment consultants Robert Half. In 2001, he took over responsibility for the “Consumer goods, services and distribution” business and developed a portfolio of very high profile clients.
In 2004, wishing to apply his expertise exclusively in the field of executive headhunting and direct approach, he joined Hoffmann & Baretti as a Partner. Since July 2004, he has been in the role of Chairman of the company. He is a member of “LBO Promotion” and the French Venture Capital Association, « AFIC ».
Béatrice Andurand, Associate Partner
Béatrice Andurand, aged 51 and a graduate of the IEP (Institute of Political Studies) in Economics and Finance and with a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing and Communications from the ESCG (Ecole Supérieure de commerce de Grenoble), she also has training in Journalism from the CFJ (Centre de Formation des Journalistes). She began her career with SNCF,where she successively managed internal, advertising, corporate and crisis communications, as well as image research.
She was then appointed Director of Communications with France 2 and Director of Internal Communications with Arkema.
She was responsible for setting up the Réseau Daubigny (a network of 350 senior executives in professional rebound) the founder in France of Speed Networking.
She specialises in the fields of marketing, communications, audit and restructuring within H&B. She has been a member of the Advertisers' Association for 15 years.
Sarah Cyrot, Consultant
Sarah Cyrot, aged 29, is a Master's graduate in Psychology and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Psychology. In 2001, she joined recruitment consultants Raymond Poulain Consultants specialising in executive recruitment, and assessment centre. In 2004, she joined Hoffmann & Baretti as a Consultant, and contributes in developing assessment tools for high potential profiles and for senior executives.
She is involved in the fields of Finance and Law for high profile listed groups. She is currently in charge of this business in London.
