Charter

« In looking for someone to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. But the most important is integrity, because if they don't have that, the other two qualities, intelligence and energy, are going to kill you. »

HOFFMANN & BARETTI

commits itself in carrying out the missions it is entrusted with in full accordance with the values that are defined in the Hoffmann & Baretti Charter.

The Hoffmann & Baretti Charter

defines not only the spirit in which we do our business but also the rules, standards and procedures by which our people do our business worldwide, within our group and business partners. It defines and guarantees our standards of excellence for our customers and our collaborators.

Here are some extracts of our Charter concerning in particular what we expect from our COLLABORATORS :

  1. Unfaltering integrity and ethical behavior
  2. To avoid any conflict of interest which would result in a dependence to a group of thought, a political group or an economic lobby.
  3. To NEVER work for groups or organizations related in a direct or indirect way to the arms industry, tobacco or disregarding environmental issues.
  4. To have an expertise based on experiment (credibility), confirmed by references (liability).
  5. To cultivate their independence of mind which means a rhetoric based on reality and an engagement of sincerity within our company, but also with our clients or candidates. This could even lead to declining a mission after having provided a honest and sincere explanation.
  6. To be creative and to avoid cloning. We believe in chances for all. We bring our clients to open and to (re)discover unexpected profiles which means our collaborators need to be curious and to anticipate the trend. Our prime objective is to enrich and consolidate our clients’ human capital by avoiding nonoperational reproductive diagrams.
  7. To be connected. We promote the usage of the latest technologies in order to answer our clients’ preoccupations concerning speed, performance and availability.
